* by “swine flu“ I am in fact referring, not to swine flu (pig influenza), but to the H1N1 virus which is a recombinant virus made up of bird flu, human flu and swine flu and is considered by some experts to be a product of “laboratory research“.

A Case of Corporate Bioterrorism:

Criminal Charges Are Filed

An outbreak of influenza occurred in Mexico during March and April 09. It eventually affected 4,910 Mexican citizens and resulted in 85 deaths. By the time it spread to the United States and Europe, the virus caused only mild cases of a flu-like illness.

Despite predictions of massive numbers of deaths, the virus has remained a relatively mild disease, similar to what we would expect from a seasonal flu epidemic.

Yet almost immediately, and in a mist of media frenzy the World Health Organisation (WHO) raised the pandemic level to the highest level 6: ‘widespread human infection’. However, WHO are encouraging governments to report figures without testing for the disease in patients.

Claims of widespread H1N1 infection are now being based on diagnosis by non-medical professionals. These are questionable claims since the symptoms appear to be indistinguishable from seasonal flu. Regardless, they are being used to justify the stockpiling of anti-viral drugs and the planning of compulsory vaccinations.

The origin of the virus continues to be an enigma to virologists. According to the World Health Organisation and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, the so-called ‘Swine Flu’ is “a new subtype of the A/H1N1 not previously detected in swine or humans. This novel H1N1 influenza (swine flu) virus is a triple recombinant including gene segments of human, swine and avian origin.”1

Accidentally Release Bird Flu (H5N1) Virus

On February 24th it was reported that Baxter International Inc. in Austria had contaminated samples of human seasonal flu with the deadly bird flu virus raising concern about the potential spread of the deadly disease.2

“The virus material was supposed to contain a seasonal flu virus and was contaminated after “human error,” said Christopher Bona, a spokesman for Baxter, in a telephone interview.”2

“Austria, Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic - these are the countries in which labs were hit with dangerous viruses. Not by bioterrorist commandos, but by Baxter.

“In other words: One of the major global pharmaceutical players seems to have lost control over a virus which is considered by many virologists to be one of the components leading some day to a new pandemic.“3

Human flu (H3N2) can be easily passed from human to human while the bird flu (H5N1) cannot. The risk with this event is posed because a virus can “steal” genetic material from other organisms that they encounter. This can create a new hybrid strain of influenza virus with bird flu H5N1 genetics and the ability to spread from person to person.

Despite this breach in bio-security, WHO maintains an agreement with Baxter Pharmaceuticals to produce the world’s pandemic vaccine.4 They would also have been in a prime position to capitalise from their own “mistake” which could have resulted in a more deadly bird flu pandemic.

Jane Bürgermeister is a dual Irish/Austrian journalist who has written for Nature, the Guardian and the British Medical Journal. In April 2009 she filed charges with the Austrian Police against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology.5 The charges claim that Baxter acted to cause a future bird flu pandemic intentionally in order to profit from its flu vaccine demand.

On July 10th 2009, after a continuing investigation Jane Bürgermeister filed further criminal charges to the FBI against defendants including Barack Obama, World Health Organisation officials, and international bankers such as David Rockefeller.5

Evidence supports her claim that they are part of an “international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the United States and other countries for financial and political gain”.

She presents evidence that “an international corporate criminal syndicate is intent on carrying out a mass genocide against the United States population by using an artificial (genetically) engineered flu pandemic virus to cause death and injury and having annexed high government offices in the United States.“

This evidence has been supported by former US Naval Intelligence officer Wayne Madsen now a journalist.

He said that a top United Nations scientist concluded that the H1N1 swine flu virus has certain transmission ‘vectors’ that suggest the strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. The UN expert believed that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are all biological warfare agents.

However, the biggest killer may not be the flu, but the vaccine. The Times Newspaper reported that “The European Medicines Agency said the fast-tracked procedure has involved clinical trials of a “mock-up” vaccine similar to the one that will be used for the biggest mass vaccination programme in generations. It will be introduced into the general population while regulators continue to carry out simultaneous clinical trials.” 6,7

In other words the safety and efficacy of the actual vaccine will not have been tested when mass vaccinations commence. The vaccination program will be the safety study. It is worth noting that investigations into the 1976 US swine flu pandemic revealed that the vaccinations killed 300 people and injured hundreds more, yet the disease itself caused only one death.7

What’s in the flu vaccine?

With all medicine the risks of disease should be weighed against the risk of the treatment. With a health industry driven by corporate profits do we just trust that they have our best interests at heart?

With vaccine ingredients including formaldehyde, mercury, genetically modified animal, bacterial and viral DNA, and not to mention human cells (from aborted fetal tissue) and animal cells it’s not surprising that you are rarely given a complete picture when the time comes to make a choice.9,10

The Baxter vaccine, called Celvapan, which has had fast track approval, uses cultured cells from the African green monkey. This animal tissue is known to transmit a number of vaccine-contaminating viruses, including the HIV virus.

Both the Baxter and Novartis vaccines will contain chemicals called adjuvants which are used to boost the immune response. These are known to trigger auto-immune diseases in some people. The use of one adjuvant called squalene in vaccines has been linked to gulf war syndrome. Some experts also believe that the vaccination program could leave people more at risk from the H1N1 virus when it mutates and causes a second wave of H1N1 related deaths.

At best the flu vaccine is a toxicological burden on the human body and only gives protection against a limited range of flu viruses. At worse they have the potential to be used as a bio-weapon to cull the human population to more manageable numbers by the criminal global elite. The question you should be asking yourself is this: do you put blind faith in the corporations who “screw up” time and time again and profit every inch of the way?

Viruses are particles of genetic code that cannot reproduce by themselves. They use ‘host’ cells to perform this function. If two different strains of influenza virus use the same animal cell to reproduce themselves then the genetic code (RNA in an influenza virus) can become mixed up and a new strain of virus can be created.

These are the conditions that Baxter International set up. The “accident” was only discovered when animals exposed to the human seasonal flu at recipient laboratories unexpectedly died. Upon investigation it was found that the H5N1 bird flu virus had also been present in the samples.

Employees in Austria were treated with antiviral drugs as a precaution. 72 kilograms of the material was shipped to 18 different countries in total.

The Baxter company has been associated with another deadly scandal. In 2006 haemophiliac components were contaminated with the HIV virus and injected into tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children. Baxter continued to release the HIV contaminated blood product even after the contamination was known.6

A Novel Influenza Virus
Alexander Jones, former employee of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), analysed the genome sequence of the virus.
“BLAST sequence homology of ‘swine flu’ indicates both the Hemagglutinin (HA) surface protein as well as the Non-structural (NS1) interferon Inhibition proteins are novel recombinants previously unidentified in nature.
“Both these influenza proteins, based on the genetic sequences released Friday May 1st by the U.S. Centers of Disease Control (CDC), share their closest genetic identity with turkey (avian) and pig (swine) strains from multiple continents including North America as well as Asia. Even the closest matches indicate 5% previously unidentified genetic material.

He concluded that...
“we must seriously consider a laboratory origin for this virus”.
