Synopsis
Our civilisation began to expand its horizons beyond the Earth and into the solar system during the 1950's. But these steps into space had been motivated and made possible by the geopolitical rivalry of the Soviet Union and the USA during the cold war. Space exploration was a show of strength of two rival nations. We may, at first glance, assume that technological advances and extraterrestrial discoveries would be shared with the entire world. But this was not solely a philanthropic pursuit.

On July 25th, 1976, NASA's robotic space probe called Viking Orbiter 1 took a photograph of an object on the surface of Mars that was to become known as Face on Mars. Evidence for archaeology on the surface of Mars had been proposed with the earlier Mariner missions to Mars. The Sagan Pyramids were named after the NASA scientist Carl Sagan who believed that if you were looking for evidence of extraterrestrial archaeology then these objects fit the criteria and warranted further investigation.

The now infamous Face on Mars image drew attention to the idea that someone had been on Mars before. An idea that is officially ridiculed by space agencies despite them avoiding any realistic analysis and investigation - at least publically. Independent researchers continued to attempt to confirm or refute the claims. Yet the discoveries would take an unexpected turn. The study of potentially artificial structures on the planet Mars lead investigators to re-evaluate the nature of reality, energy and consciousness and see the multi-dimensional nature of the world around us for the first time.

Speakers Biography:

Anthony Beckett was born in 1975 in West Yorkshire and lives near Skipton. He studied Chemistry at Loughborough University and graduated in 1997. Continuing his studies with a M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Huddersfield in 1998 he went on to work in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Analytical Scientist until 2006. He quit the industry in that year after slowly waking up to the reality of the negative impact the pharmaceutical industry has on peoples health and society.

He is now a Web Designer and Programmer and continues to research the areas of Exopolitcs, New Energy Technologies (Zero Point Energy) and the suppression of information by Space Agencies and various other subjects. He, along with co-activists in the Whole Truth Coalition, organise events, lectures and speaking tours around the UK and he worked on researcher David Ickes 2008 election campaign in a By-Election in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Anthony has also given lectures on the 2009 Swine Flu scare, vaccinations, the debt based global Banking System and the links between Theoretical Physics and Spirituality.
